"Most of the time people only post or talk about a bad experience and never the good ones. Well I have to tell you how Awesome these folks are. I went in to find a mount to put my diamond in several months ago. I knew what I wanted, described it. Well Elizabeth drew pics, looked at every vendor/designer. She would call and ask me to come look to see if what she found was it. This went back and forth. Well she called and said get over here fast, we have a designer here from NY that has what John and I think is the one. I rushed over and sure enough, there it is! John had 3 on his finger and said, one of these is it. He was right! How many jewelers would of put up with me this long? Zero! Ya'll are the best and customer service is priority to ya'll."
